THE CONVENER
Stan Ohikhuare is the founder of RTF and the CEO of Mighty Jot. Driven by passion for independent filmmaking, he has been responsible for funding RTF since 2016. He is a trained fine artist and a painting specialist from two great Art schools; Yaba College of Technology and the University of Benin. He is a surrealist and a practitioner of the Baroque Art style. Stan communicates with images; favouring Visual Storytelling and innovative Cinematography over excessive dialogue. As a director, he loves being behind the camera to ensure that there is visual fidelity in his productions. One thing everyone who follows Stan's works enjoys the most about his movies is the attention to detail. He has a way of blowing up the often "unnoticeable" elements in scenes as part of his signature visual storytelling. Stan has successfully created a blend of motion picture and fine art, brought together by a deep-seated surreal philosophy that shines forth in all his productions. For this reason, Stan is well respected for his inspiring lighting design and cinematography - both remarkably noticeable owing to his background as a trained fine artist. His films always have social advocacy in ample consideration, and he deals effortlessly with subjects entailing pain, conscience, suffering, shock, "the controversial" and "the inexplicable". Stan has been invited to teach at the Pan Atlantic University, the University of Worcester, and the Screen & Film School, Birmingham. |

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATE PRODUCER (RTF)
With a robust background in telecommunications and media enterprise, my work as Founder of Akukom and Creative Director at CINEMATICS is characterized by innovative network design and compelling visual storytelling. My competencies have evolved through hands-on experience with traffic management and multimedia network solutions, ensuring seamless 2G to 4G LTE transitions. At MTN, my role as a Telecommunications Transmissions Core specialist has honed my expertise in enterprise network solutions and new media backend systems, while my leadership at CINEMATICS reflects a commitment to creativity and technological adeptness in media production. The synergy between these domains propels my mission to deliver cutting-edge communication solutions. Nnanna has been a long term collaborator of RTF, but joined the team officially in 2024 as Tech and Media Lead. Due to his sterling performance, Nnanna Adim has been appointed as RTF's new International Associate Producer, and will play a crucial role in the execution of our 10th edition in 2025. |

Our brand has been established through the support of these entities.
